Please read these terms carefully before using maha6 — this is a legal agreement between you and us that defines your rights and responsibilities.
This terms and conditions document applies to the use of the maha6 platform and all its services. If you create an account, log in, or use any service on maha6, you are considered to have automatically accepted these terms.
maha6 is a secure and reliable online betting and casino platform operated entirely in Bengali for players in Bangladesh. We are committed to SSL encryption and fair play. However, the terms below are final and binding for all matters relating to the use of this platform.
Eligibility & Registration
1.1 Age Requirement

1.2 One Account Policy

You must provide true, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account. If false or incorrect information is provided, maha6 has the right to close the account and withhold any deposited funds.

Account Management
2.1 Account Security
Keeping your account login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. You are liable for all activity carried out on your account. Do not share your password with anyone.
2.2 Account Verification
maha6 may initiate an account verification process (Know Your Customer or KYC) at any time. If the required documents are not submitted on time, the account may be temporarily suspended. Documents that may typically be requested include:
- A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport
- A recently taken photo (selfie)
- Proof of ownership of the payment method
2.3 Account Transfer Prohibited
Your maha6 account is strictly personal. It may not be sold, gifted, rented, or transferred to anyone else. Any attempt to change account ownership will be treated as a violation of the rules.
Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
maha6 currently supports transactions through the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Payments via any other method are not accepted. Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 across all methods
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
- Withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes
3.3 Own Account Requirement
All deposits and withdrawals must always be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Using third-party accounts is strictly prohibited. maha6 reserves the right to cancel transactions and suspend accounts if this rule is violated.
3.4 Withdrawal Conditions
Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be made. Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met. maha6 may take additional time to review any withdrawal request without providing a reason.
Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
On your first deposit at maha6, you will receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳5,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000
- Deposit ৳12,000 → Bonus ৳5,000 → Total balance ৳17,000
4.2 Wagering Requirements
To qualify for the welcome bonus, a 10x (ten times) wagering requirement must be met. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳10,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawing bonus winnings.
4.3 General Bonus Rules
- The bonus is granted only once — per individual, device, or payment method
- Bonuses cannot be converted to cash until the wagering requirement has been met
- maha6 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time
- If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended
4.4 VIP Program
maha6 has three VIP tiers: Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.7% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Advancement to a higher tier depends on your betting activity. The cashback amount and timing are determined by maha6 and are subject to change.
Betting & Gaming Rules
5.1 Bet Cancellation & Changes
Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, in the case of a technical error or manifest error (clearly incorrect odds or payout), maha6 reserves the right to cancel the bet. In such cases, the staked amount will be refunded.
5.2 Sports Betting
Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Market types and conditions apply separately to each event. maha6 reserves the right to suspend, change, or cancel any market, particularly if an event is cancelled or postponed.
5.3 Casino & Slot Games
The maha6 casino section offers live casino games, slots, and fishing games. All games are operated by independent software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming). Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
5.4 Technical Issues
maha6 is not responsible for loss of internet connection or other technical issues that occur during gameplay. However, in the event of a server-side error, maha6 will provide an appropriate resolution.
User Code of Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the maha6 platform:
- Using fraud, deception, or any other dishonest method
- Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software
- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses (multi-accounting)
- Money laundering or illegal transfer of funds
- Attempting to access another user's account
- Attempting to breach the site's security systems
- Collusion — gaining an unfair advantage by coordinating with other players
If evidence of any rule violation is found, maha6 may immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take applicable legal action.
